Music Box - Batik Betawi (S)

This Music Box uses a typical Betawi “Pucuk Rebung” decoration. Betawi Batik “Pucuk Rebung” is a typical coastal batik depicting bamboo shoots. Along with the times, the Betawi Batik motif emerged by highlighting the distinctive “Tumpal” motif which has a triangular geometric shape on the front and tends to use bright colors. The song “Kicir-Kicir” actually emerged from the tradition of the Indonesian pantun, especially the influence of the Malay pantun and syari. The song “Kicir-Kicir” which is featured in this music box is a collaborative work between Kriya Nusantara and Nidec Sankyo Japan. the song “Kicir-Kicir” appears more charming in its aesthetic and innovative creative work
